In October 2010, ViON established our new Support Center to resolve technical issues that affect the customer’s data center environment quickly and accurately for post implementation events. The Support Center owns and manages those technical support issues, as well as vendor escalations. Our goal is to deliver the best solution in the shortest amount of time.
ViON announces ViON File Services (VFS), an offering designed to reduce the costs and time associated with storage migrations. Powered by a high performance, highly scalable software platform from Digital Reef, VFS enables easy migrations between heterogeneous NAS systems. VFS became generally available (GA) to the public on January 14, 2011.
