As Director of Sales, Justin Ciaccio is responsible for overseeing ViON’s national sales team, which is focused on Fortune 500, state, local and education (SLED) and DoD clients. In his current role Mr. Ciaccio provides day to day direction, guidance and strategy to ViON’s direct sales team enabling them to serve ViON’s growing customer base. As a member of the leadership team Mr. Ciaccio provides input on ViON’s go to market strategy, including selection of disruptive technologies and the evolution of ViON’s cloud (IaaS) model. Previously Mr. Ciaccio was Director of Sales for ViON’s Fortune 500 & SLED practice for which he was instrumental in the turn-around of that division, increasing performance, brand recognition and customer retention. Before coming to ViON Mr. Ciaccio served as the Business Sales Leader for Sprint, where he assumed profit/loss responsibilities and managed C-level relationships with high profile clients, while leading a team of direct sales employees in the D.C. area. He is a five-time Sprint President’s Circle winner—a title awarded to the top 2.5% of sales employees. Mr. Ciaccio earned his Bachelor’s of Business Administration from James Madison University.
