As Director of Sales, Justin Ciaccio is responsible for overseeing ViON’s national sales team, which is focused on Fortune 500, state, local and education (SLED) and DoD clients. In his current role, Justin provides day-to-day direction, guidance and strategy to ViON’s direct sales team, enabling them to serve ViON’s growing customer base. As a member of the leadership team, Justin provides input on ViON’s go-to-market strategy, including selection of disruptive technologies and the evolution of ViON’s cloud (IaaS) model. Previously, Justin was Director of Sales for ViON’s Fortune 500 and SLED practice, for which he was instrumental in the turn-around of that division, increasing performance, brand recognition and customer retention. Before coming to ViON, Justin served as the Business Sales Leader for Sprint, where he assumed profit/loss responsibilities and managed C-level relationships with high profile clients while leading a team of direct sales employees in the D.C. area. He is a five-time Sprint President’s Circle winner—a title awarded to the top 2.5% of sales employees. Justin earned his Bachelor’s of Business Administration from James Madison University.
