About the Support Center
In October 2010, ViON established our new Support Center to resolve technical issues that affect the customer's data center environment quickly and accurately for post implementation events. The Support Center owns and manages those technical support issues, as well as vendor escalations. The Center provides continuous availability of best in class technical knowledge and is a single point of contact for multi-vendor environments. Our customer relationships are deepened through understanding the customer's needs and expectations and delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
The Support Center serves as an integral part of a holistic approach to ViON's customer intimacy strategy, supporting our customers and partnering with our pre-sales experts and sales teams, as well as with our suppliers.
Our goal is to deliver the best solution in the shortest amount of time. Staffed by technical specialists, our Support Center provides expertise in Hitachi Data Systems storage, ViON File Services, Brocade switches/directors and storage software, as well as many other OEM products. Our specialists will assist in problem determination immediately and directly with the customer. The Support Center works in tandem with the ViON site team to deepen the technical bench when needed to work quickly and effectively solving customer problems.
