Hitachi Certified Solution Provider

ViON is a Hitachi Data Systems (Hitachi) Certified Solution Provider (CSP).  As a CSP, ViON is authorized to sell and deliver CSP Services on designated Hitachi Data Systems products for our customers.  The CSP program allows ViON to build upon existing processes, tools and demonstrated support capabilities to sell and deliver services to support Hitachi.  As a CSP, ViON delivers services at the same professional level as Hitachi.

Participation in the CSP program provides ViON the following:

• Advanced training and certifications for ViON’s engineering staff
• Access to advanced sales resource documents and service delivery kits
• Access to Hitachi’s remote technical support staff
• Access to Hitachi’s support portal for services documentation and knowledge database.

Participation in the Hitachi CSP program has raised the level of professionalism amongst ViON systems engineering staff to the point where each Engineer is required to hold seven Hitachi certifications.  The certifications demonstrate their knowledge and proficiency in Hitachi’s products and services.  This certification effort not only raises the level of professionalism of ViON’s staff, but also benefits ViON’s customers through a higher degree of customer satisfaction from professionally designed solutions and service delivery.
