Hitachi Authorized Service Provider

ViON is a Hitachi Data Systems (Hitachi) Authorized Service Provider (ASP).  As an ASP, ViON is authorized to install and provide support services on Hitachi Data Systems' solutions for our customers.  The ASP program allows ViON to customize support services to meet our customers’ needs while delivering support with highly trained professionals.  The ASP program extends beyond Hitachi’s core product offerings to include their partner sold peripheral products (IP/SAN Switches, Directors and Extension Products).

Participation in the ASP program provides ViON the following:

• Advanced training and certifications for ViON’s support staff
• Access to advanced diagnostic tools
• Access to Hitachi’s Global Support Center
• Access to Hitachi’s support portal for services documentation and knowledge database
• Access to Hitachi’s partner product training, tools and support.

Participation in the Hitachi ASP program allows ViON to customize support offerings to meet our customers' Service Level Agreement requirements.
