Connectivity Technologies (ConTech)
Connectivity Technologies has been designing, building, and installing fiber optic & copper infrastructure systems for the Data Center industry since 1997, and is a leader in the creation of ribbon array and small form factor solutions.
DC Series Cabinets
The DC Series Cabinets are a balanced combination of functionality, aesthetics, and security, and eliminate cable management issues. The cabinet doors can hinge open, slide into an end bay, or be completely removed (Plexiglas, louvered, perforated, or solid options). The modular design allows the installation of the initial 2 rack/bay unit with expansion capability to 20 (2 rack/bay units at a time) Click here to view the DC-4000 video.
- DC-1000
The DC-1000 is scalable, and may house a minimum of 2 rack/bays, (or 20 rack/bays when upgraded to the DC-4000). Ideally suited for high density connectivity, each rack/bay will hold up to 2048 channels, for an unprecedented 40,960 channels in a 20 rack/bay configuration. The DC-1000 may be customized to fit any communications environment, and is only available from ConTech.
- DC-2000
The DC-2000 is scalable, and may house a minimum of 2 rack/bays, or as many as 20 rack/bays. Ideally suited for high density connectivity, each rack/bay will hold up to 1024 channels, for an unprecedented 20,480 channels in a 20 rack/bay configuration.

Knockdown Cabinets
The Knockdown Data Cabinets feature an innovative and space efficient design. They provide a durable means of organizing Data Center cabling and connectivity with ease and flexibility. The Cabinets feature a 24 inch square (one floor tile) footprint and an easy to assemble "Knockdown" design. The cabinets also feature a locking rear louvered door and One Touch Latching. Available accessories include fixed and/or sliding shelves, casters, fans, and power strips.
Patch Panels
Panels are available in multiple configurations with high density port counts in a minimum of space, which provide an extremely organized above the floor infrastructure and manageable cable reconfiguration. ConTech features a 256 port high density panel with either LC, MT-RJ, or MU coupler configurations in the same foot print for migration ease from one connector style to another. Also available are high density 12 to 48 port 1 rack unit panels with ribbon array connectivity (MP or MTP connectors).
Conveyance Tray
ConTech offers design and installation of conveyance tray systems for fiber and copper projects. ConTech uses a wide variety of product, including ConTech's own aluminum solid wall system to provide our clients with the most flexible cable pathways possible.
Fiber Optic Cabling
Featuring single-mode and multi-mode trunks and patch cords in Ribbon Array, DFX, Tight Buffer, and Loose Tube construction with plenum or riser jackets. Trunks are available with standard connectors or the new single body LC, SC, and MU connectors. Trunks may also be constructed with Loose Tube cable which results in a 30% reduction in overall cable density. Patch cords are available with standard connectors, with single body connectors, and in 2 channel configurations. Ribbon Array system components include external harnesses, pre-cabled patch panels, coupling blocks, and the MTP and MP connectors. Multi-mode 1 Gigabit and 10 Gigabit 50 micron trunks are available, with products tailored for the ESCON, FICON, & SAN environments.
