ViON Corporation's Field Support organization has been providing mission-critical, world-class, enterprise level support to our government, public sector and commercial customers in both secured and non-secured environments since our inception.

Our Field Engineers average over 25 years of experience in the maintenance service business, and most have worked directly for major OEMs such as IBM, Hitachi Data Systems, EMC, Sun (Oracle), HP, Fujitsu, Amdahl, Brocade, Cisco and NetApp. To ensure our people stay current and even ahead of the technology curve, they receive training and certification directly from the OEMs whose equipment we sell and support.

ViON's Field Support organization has the most up-to-date technical knowledge, past experience, industry partnerships and OEM relationships that allow us to support the most mission-critical programs throughout the world.
